Thanks, worked for DL for many years and those were 2 of my fave planes in the fleet! My pops flew the L-1011 and retired on the MD-11 in Jan. 03 with DL.

awesome! I have flown the MD88, 737, 757, 767, 767-400 and 777 with Delta. Moved backwards to the 737 a year ago for seniority. still a first officer. I started May 97

Only times I don't drive the Z are when there's snow sticking to the roads, not that the Z can't do it as testified by others, but there's the real danger of getting hit by the idiot western Washington drivers who have no clue how to drive in the snow at all (especially in SUVs!) If the rain is REALLY coming down I'll drive the Titan (12-13 mpg on a good tank, bolt-on power mods and Uprev does NOT improve mpgs!), otherwise, the Z goes to bed wet!

No... I just have DD's. 10 year old Civic for me, and Odyssey for the wifey. Like I said, toys only get driven on uber nice days, maybe about 1x or 2x a week.

+1.

With snow tires, it handles beautifully. I blow by people in FWD and 4WD cars like they were parked. Mostly because they are pusses and don't have a frickin' clue how to drive on dry, but I'm not judgin' (OK, yeah I am).

I've only had it for 2 months now....been some gravel on the roads but couldn't wait, I doubt I'll drive it in snow

I might keep it plated in the winter and only take it on one of those -25 days when the streets are dry and snowless because its so cold.

Winter I'll share the wife's BMW 328 Xdrive, and i guess i'll be taking the metro (subway) a bit...doubt I'll buy a winter beater

I park and cover it for the winter. No snow or salt for me.
I don't mind driving in the rain. After all, I need a reason to use my rear fog light!
It just means I have more work on car wash day to detail the wheel wells and exhaust.

For me the worst weather I try to avoid is the sandy one. I have to clean up my air filters almost after every sand storm which we get quite alot in my area :shakes head:

It's my daily driver. I drive in all weather that El Paso has to offer.

I will drive mine through what ever. I have a set of snow tires and summer tires. I have an unlimited package to the carwash which is located next to my work. It gets washed everyday, nearly.

I drove just fine in the ice storm... after I got the ice off.
