The power delivery is different, and the v8 is torquier in the low rev range.

But who cares? Both cars are fun, sleek, powerful sports cars.

haven't you heard? the Z is outdated and severely underpowered?:rofl2:

could be! but i got rid of all that the moment i start running castrol german, motul, and redline....it just doenst happen with these oils!

The VQ is pretty coarse at high RPM's regardless of what oil is in it, at least in my experience. It is nowhere near as smooth as any other performance engine out there.

c7 will be my next car if it looks like the stingray concept car. some people don't like it but i love it. to me, it resembles the batmobile. i am very much looking forward to see the pics of the new c7 :)

That's right, son. Yeah, I forgot about my own car. I'm linin' up to take down another Bugatti this weekend.

I do this by challenging bugatti owners in very unlikely competitions, then mailing out the notification 5 minutes before I show up. When they're not there in ten minutes or less, they forfeit. I'm 9-0.

I heard you actually lost once when the owner just happened to be driving by.

I want a 911 turbo. I think I'd rather stay with lower displacement and MASSIVE TURBOCHARGERS OH MY JESUS

Nothing wrong with American muscle. Not my place to say as I'm not old like the geezers on this forum

It just depends on how somebody likes to drive their vehicle. some people really like beating the piss of it a car and rev every gear out. Others like to be able to smoke tires from a dead idle. If you haven't ever driven a non-chevy Gm big block you might not understand. The buick 455 held the record for the most torque out of a production car for 20 something years. I think it was the viper that broke the record I could be wrong. It was only 360hp but made 525llbs/ft @ 3500 but redlined @ 4500 or 5000. I personly like loads of low end and mid range torque. I don't use the upper end hp.

I ride bike and really miss my Honda RC51(redline of 10K) with its V2 torque. The ninja 1000 (redline 13K) I ride now has an extra 40hp but street riding it is about the same or a little slower. Nothing like passing somebody without downshifting just rolling on the throttle and going from normal following distance/highway speed to passing their front bumper at 110 .

Yeah I challenge them to unlikely competitions too. First one to get to 20 mpg wins; the one with the lowest maintenance cost wins; whoever can get the fastest 1/4 mile time in the other person's car wins. I am undefeated in these challenges against Bugatti owners. That's why they're not making anymore Veyrons, they couldn't handle the fact that they lost to a kid in a 370Z. ;)
