There won't be any major changes. The 350 was released in '02 as an '03 and there weren't many changes to the car through the '08s. They did change the engines a few times and a few minor changes elsewhere.
Nissan doesn't tend to change models much once they are released. You probably won't see anything majorly different until 2013 or '14. Just my
