Don't know anything about this car !! but I have some off topic opinion:

I never liked 370z roadster but with the stillen front bumper and wheels, it looks hot !!
Anyone with a roadster ever thought of putting the amuse vestito bodykit on theirs ?? I think it will looks nice as hell !!!!!

It looks pretty cool. I'd lose the mesh grille though. It's certified pre-owned, so that's a plus. Why not take it to the local mechanic and let them have a look?

Typically, you shouldn't pay much more for mods. Who cares if the wheels and tires cost $10k? You also don't get the stock wheels and tires which would cost about $4k to replace. So what looks like a $10k extra value is really $6k...but less since they're 'used'. I'd suggest you look up the stock value on KBB for a CPO roadster and then decide how much those mods are worth to you. That's what you should pay.

Looks good. The wheels could be better.

Seeing as you're in California, I'd be careful. People love to mod their vehicles and also have no idea what they're doing.

Can't say I've seen that roadster on the forums, though.

And people in Chicago are all experts in car mods? Is that a required class in HS in Chicago or required to pass the DMV test?
