Well you also don't want to smash yourself. ;)

Oh believe me, you'll still enjoy your car when you're 40+, if not more. I'm 40 and what holds me back from enjoying it much more is not having any time to drive it anywhere except work and home, with the career and family of 5. But when you're older you can afford vacations and track days, perhaps even driving tours in Europe, which is what I'm into. When you're older, you can also afford more cars, which is not possible at 26. I have a car for every occassion. The Z would not have worked for me as an only car at 26.

it depends. one of my friends is in his 40s. he got a divorce and has to pay child support. i think his days of driving nice cars are numbered.

I'm in my mid 40's, but I'm very immature. Just ask my wife. She tells me so all the time

i once worked with a chinese co-worker. she told me in her opinion, a man should marry a woman 10 years younger -- not because of immaturity issue but she said if they were the same age, after having had a few kids the wife would end up looking older than the husband :)

I have a good buddy of mine who parties hard and once said he planned to be dead by 30.

I told him he'll probably feel differently about that when he's 29 :icon17:

Now he's 30 and I'm 39 and we're still both plenty of trouble :D

One of the best parts of the forum experience is having young snots remind me just what a naive, ignorant know-it-all I was when I was in my 20's. :tiphat:

What's with all this age talk? To paraphrase Groucho Marx, "You're only as old as the woman you feel."
