You have no one to blame but yourself. When the car arrived with that many miles, you should've walked right there. My dealer found my car in Rochester/Niagra Falls and offered to drive it down here. I said no, I want a truck to deliver it here, it's too much mileage and rock chips. So they covered 60% of the delivery cost (they would've covered 100% if they could find a few more cars they wanted from the dealer up there to transport).

Anyway, your warranty also begins from the mileage the car was first registered at.

Car still only has 1.2k! They drove it more than I've driven it so far!
Regardless of all the should haves, etc. you own it now. Put some Vagisil on it and enjoy the car.

Mine was 160 miles away. The dealer and I split the delivery cost ($150 each) on a truck bed.

When my Z arrived, it had 8 miles. I thought 8 miles was a lot mileage already.

Not much you can do about it now. Enjoy the car and remember this for next time. But those sales guys and whoever else drove the car drove it hard and probably didn't care to much about it. They like to rag em out to see what they can do. Problem is not very many car salesman know how to drive so they probably missed some gears popped the clutch burnt the clutch etc....

Mt Tam, I searched the manual and the detailing section of this site and could not find any reference to Vagisil. Still, I trust your expertise and will purchase some later.

I assume it goes where the fob thingy is.

Please advise.
