Trucks are cool as hell. Lifted and big tires and so on and so forth. Had an F-150 2.5 inch rough country lift, 20 inch nitto terra grapplers. Loved it, mudding is fun. The clean up is not. And it comes in handy moving stuff. It got 10-12 mpg which I wasn't too happy about.

LOL, I use to hate trucks with a passion.......this is my first truck i ever bought...I owned nothing but cars prior to this purchase......I decided on a truck versus a car cuz..........roads here suck ...........but more than likely in the near future I will buy a sports car again........maybe a new Z itch might happen.............

![]() I keep missing the driving experience of a sports car, tire of the anxiety of keeping it "pristine", take a break with a SUV, then do it all over again. I loved the FJ Cruiser. It was very, very good for what it is. |

Hatred of trucks is why I have a Lightning.
Its not a truck. Its a redneck Corvette...

I went through a truck phase. At the time, it made a lot of sense. Long commute to work on bad winter roads, lots of home improvement projects, etc. Good luck with the Tacoma. I like the way they look, and they have apparently fixed the frame rot problem from a few years back.

See i never been a truck guy before, but when i seen the deal on this truck and the fact that it has a viper engine, i couldnt resist. Basically it mainly came down to the engine for me, haha.

Yeah I got a truck instead of the Z after I got back into Steelhead fishing again. Hard to drive up old logging trails in a coupe. For some reasons dents don't bruise me as easily with my truck. It's kind of meant for punishment. Wish I had a longer bed though. Congrats on the new Truck 370zsport09! Edit: Wait! HS Tin! You dropped the Z??? Edit2: Said goodbye to the Z today Last edited by BanningZ; 01-05-2011 at 03:13 AM. |
