I'm not my response will help directly, but my rates are related to the annual miles I drive and the number of cars I have. Therefore, the Z is a "pleasure vehicle" and rates are fairly low. In my case, it would not make sense to remove insureance if I parked it during the winter.
I'd make sure you are still covered for comprehensive, just in case the car gets damaged in storage. Put some snows on that Camry - they are like tanks in the snow with the right tires!
