Could be a monster on a D+Test. Instead, meet with new personal trainer in the morning to begin a slow, clean bulk to 190-200.

/\ just come hang w/me for a while, won't be a totally clean bulk but we'll get you up there. (5' 10", 285lbs here). Been powerlifting/bodybuilding for over 20yrs now.

You don't need to spend the $$ on a personal trainer, just read, study and learn the same things they do and be a better lifter for it. If you're trying to put on size and aren't very experienced, I'd go suggest running a 5x5 program for a year w/a solid dietary plan and I guarantee you'll be pleased. If more experienced, they you can try the westside conjugate method or 531.

Ok, back on topic...

Sorry, but I think I would take him on a nice, long car ride. :tiphat:

Post some pics after the detail. I'd sure like to see how things turn out. Perhaps you can have the dog detailed at the same time. Good luck.

dropped the car off this morning to get detailed and the guy detailing could see why Z owners maybe even Nissan owners dont like there paint, he noticed a few things that he would fix. But for the best part i was sitting there waiting for the garage door to come up and a million dollar camaro pulls up behind me. When i go back to pick up my car ill take pics if it is still there.

murphman 01-03-2011 07:25 PM

ok well just got home and the car looks fantastic, all the claw marks came out but not easy. It took a wet sand to get the scratches out, I will post up some pics later so you can see what a good detail can fix.

But when i showed up to pick up the car i was informed of something not good. I purchased my car brand new and apparently my hood was damaged and repaired "which the dealer never mentioned" now that the paint has had time to shrink all the bonding work that was done during the repair you can see.

As for the million dollar camaro it was there, i took pics trying to upload. It is called a Yenko 427 i believe there was only 17 ever made.

Clean engine bay, but million dollar car with no door handles? Lol

FricFrac 01-03-2011 09:48 PM

I wonder if it's a real Yenko - there are lots of Yenko wannabes...

98intrigue 01-03-2011 10:48 PM

I'm glad the scratches came out. At least the diarrhea wasn't inside the car, haha.
