Dealer? Maybe the spoiler. You won't want to pay 'new' prices for the Rays or brakes though.
You can find all the parts in the Parts For Sale section of this site. You'll pay about $1,000 for the Rays, another $1,000 for the brakes, and then you can buy the spoiler either used here or new from the dealer. Installation will cost you unless you can do it yourself. The brakes aren't hard once you've done it before, but you'll probably want a body shop to install the spoiler.
