Default Nissan wins legal cause against Zagato

Nissan vince la causa con Zagato: continuerà ad usare la "Z"

I'm trying to translate...

The Japanese constructor will be able to continue to use logo “Z” since it cannot be confused in any way with Zagato's one.
It's the decision of the Court of Milan.
What is being contested is the positioning of “Z” on the flank, used also from Zagato for its famous special series. The opinion of Andrea Zagato, heir of the dynasty and head of SZ Design, is that Nissan would have found this logo useful for its notoriety.
But the judges do not think it like him: the “Z” of Nissan is different from the Zagato's one; therefore it cannot generate confusion, neither a brand on the flank can of for himself ingendering the idea that the design is attributable to an external maker.

But.. I was thinking.. What if Nissan had lost the cause?? With a brand new Z car to be presented on November 19th??!!
