good luck with the JAG, I drove an XJR once and it was disconnected for my taste but it did haul. The S type is quite smaller so it will handle better. I am not sure , do they have the same engine in the S type

Oh you guys have no idea. I get VERY attached to cars and get very sad when I say goodbye to them. To some people cars are just transportation, but to me they are members of the family and each one is unique. I will miss the Z terribly, but it was a smart financial decision and I still have 400hp with RWD, so all is not lost.

No doubt, aside from the power these cars are incredibly different. I will say it was nice driving to work and not hearing the tire roar and water noise. :ugh2:

You can call me a douche, but I think that Taurus looks nice! I don't think it has RWD though. It either FWD or AWD at 360ish HP.

I hope it doesn't break on you. Jag repairs are through the roof.

Yah that Dollar/Euro conversion is going to snap your neck more than the supercharger will.

Nope but it is a Ford, lol. Actually a Lincoln LS, same platform, reworked by Jaguar. And it almost as fast as a 370Z!

I think the g8 was better looking and had more power than a sho, along with being rwd.

Sweet ride, man. Don't listen to the haters. An ALTIMA over an S-Type, really? :icon17:

Smart decision for sure. Enjoy it! I'll see you in a BOSS in a year or two. ;)

See that, you call a Jag a Ford and the Mustang heavies show up.

Ahh, I knew ford bought jag yrs ago and was sharing platforms. That jag is from that era so that's why I asked. :p

Again I am saving $6k a year in payments, so if something major happens I'm fine with it. I took that into consideration before buying.
