Well I will say it again...i am 67 and I am willing to take a drivers and a special reflex test each year because I dont want to harm anyone,..but that being said.,.my son picked my wife and me up in NY after a wonderful trip to Italy...I appreciated his efforts but frankly after one half hour I was ready to walk from NY to Providence...he was cutting in and out of traffic lines like a maniac...

Bottom line is that younger folks have the reflexes but older geezers like me have the wisdom to no longer think they are invincible...Comments?

I regret making this thread now. As that census shows, most drivers in any age group are good drivers. There are bad drivers in any age group, with more bad drivers in the <24 and >70 year olds. However, it's not that much more where we would need to retest people of a certain age group.

sorry about that man.... my Fiancee and I were at a Hardees about 3 weeks ago and i'm just sitting in the drive through line and this old woman backed up... I hear my Fiancee gasp and I look over and this car is just slowly backing right into the drivers side door. The funny thing about it was as SOON as I pulled up in the drive through I saw her license plate that said "mommom" and I thought.. I bet that dumbass hits us.

We weren't in our Z though... we were in her MS3. Bad enough the insurance gave her 1900.00 and some dollars, I don't know if the body shop found other issues or not. I just got out of the car and went inside and told my Fiancee "your going to have to deal with this stupid *** woman".

I don't deal with stupid people very well, so I probably would have done something similar. I would've brought her a milk shake or something though lol
