15mm spacers fitted all round

I finally got round to fitting the front spacers today. They are 15mm to match the rears. Here are a few pics of the final result. Personally, I like them.

Personally, I like them. More subtle than the 20mm but much better than standard. Also it has a habit of raining from time to time in the UK as I don't have the splash guards it should mean less cleaning!

Looks great! The wheels come just to the edge of the well. Nice looking Z!

Now, see what you can do about getting the steering wheel back over to the correct side.

Looks great! I too have a yellow Z and I put 15mm on the front and 20mm on the back. By the way, I LOVE that graphic! I understand that it came on the special edition for the UK, right? I am seriously thinking about doing the same thing on mine. I have not seen another Z in the states with that graphic. Great looking car!

It's a Japanese car, so one could argue...

Looks good!

Yep, these are the UK special edition decals. There is someone selling copies on ebay here.

Perhaps the rear could take 20mm but my theory was to keep the same extra offset front to rear for handling reasons (I could be wrong here!)

Looks good.

On a side note, not a fan of the light-up emblems but props for being different

I totally missed that. I kind of like it! Better than the stupid Nissan circle we get here, IMO.

I hereby retract my lame joke about the steering wheel.

I got the same light up front emblem ... A sponsor gave it to me to put it on .. it was supposed to be blue, but ended up being white like the one on this car .. Doesn't look that bad .. I got an extra bumper maybe I might wire it up and see how it looks on my black Z ...

Nice Yellow Z bro .. How do you have a rear windshield wiper?

It's standard on all European models including British model.

First - it looks great!

Second - 2 questions
1) What brand of spacers did you use?
2) How'd you access the emblem on the back to change it? I've got a rattle back there and need to get to the trunk popping mechanism to find it.

Thanks!
Kevin

Thanks for the comments

Yes, the rear wiper is standard on all cars in the UK and the rest of Europe.

I made the glowing emblems myself. I basically bought some side repeaters, hacked them about, hacked about with the standard Nissan badges, filled, glued and painted them, then fitted some colour LEDs to light them up.

Hi Kevin, I used Eibach Pro-Spacer (S90-6-15-025) - be sure you get the system 6 ones with extended studs as the other types do not fit the front.

The emblem is just glued on (front and rear).

Cheers, Paul

I think 15mm spacers are the sweet spot for the front and make a big difference for the rear, it is amazing how nicely the sport package Rays look when they are pushed out a bit further!
