Default Dealership is trashing my Z

I barley have 3000 miles on my 2010 370Z Black/Black Sport, touring,And GPS. Its started at about 2000 miles when I noticed a thumb print under the clear coat on the hood under more inspection I found a run on the front bumper and a small particle of dirt on back hatch near spoiler. I took it to dealer after waiting 3 weeks for a responce I called Nissan of North America, this got the ball rolling so I set up an appointment to leave the car with the dealer and met with the body shop manager and showed him the spots also told him that from day one their were micro scratchs throughout the car in the clear coat which will happen to all cars being washed and driven but I told him I expected the car to look showroom perfect. The rental car they tryed to give me was a joke and I told them to keep it since I own several other cars after a week and a day they said it was ready. I went to dealer and they took me to show me my car. Where the front bumper had been painted they had taped it and you could feel the transition in the paint, the spot on the rear hatch was still there the scratchs in clear coat still there but on top of it was wax in the cracks on the plastic on the black moulding around windows it was if a preschooler had waxed my car. Needless to say I was pissed they said take the car look it over and find what I wanted fixed and to bring it back. I got in my car and found wax from dirty hands around the start button ,on the door panels and on the seat. Im still finding wax or smudges even the black trim that the window slides between had white wax on it. Maybe Im being picky but when it comes to my Z I have every rite. They want a second chance I laughed you only get one chance I would be stupid to give them another try. I called Nissan of North America again and expressed my disgust they asked what they could do I told them that I already had a bad taste in my mouth from this and that replacing the car would be all that would completely make me happy but I knew that they wouldnt do that so matter what they did I would feel as if I got the short end of the stick. Is this not depreciating my car having parts repainted due to flaws from the factory.

Yea I think so to what do you think is a fair fix, also do you think this depreciates the car. When you get wax on the black rubber trim around windows I dont think they can get it off without affecting the look. Replacing all the trim is not equal to factory

Dealerships can tend to rush jobs and not take care of enthusiasts cars, that's why I avoid most unless it's for parts or warranty work.

Have them fix what you think they damaged or get someone to clean it who is qualified and talk the service manager into paying for it. This won't necessarily depreciate your car a great deal but I'm sure it's super annoying.

take it to a real detailer, and just try and get nissan to reimburse you. the dealership won't fix it, only mkae it worse. never let the dealership touch your paint.

How about some pictures of all this chaos. You should document it anyways. The dealership will usually get a lit of heat for this kind of thing so I would try to work it out with an expert detailer like others have suggested.

write a letter to the owner, manager, and every executive of the dealership. Tell them your in contact with Nissan corporate, and then VERY clearly let them know how they can fix it. DO not threaten them, but notify them that you are taking action through Nissan corporate and have a documented report with pictures, names, etc, stating what happened to your car.

This is great advise! Names, contacts numbers, times you spoke with them could prove to be very important. The more detail the better.
