white is a huge PITA to keep clean, just as hard as black I would say...

it still looks alright dirty, but than you clean it , and realize just how dirty it really was.. And than 12 hours later you need to whipe it down.

I love the PW, but you also have to watch the bumpers and side skirts with really bad mis matched colors..

I don't think it's that big of a PITA. Ya, it gets pretty dirty, but at the same time you can let it get pretty dirty and it won't look too bad (similar to silver). It just looks a lot better right after a wash

I agree on the side skirts and bumpers. My sides had to be resprayed by Nissan to get them matching, bumpers are pretty damn close though.

PG is definitely the right color, and base coupe with sports pkg is definitely the right car. Dreamer is right about PG color in Houston...plenty of them...including mine!

By the way...hate to hear about your home damage. I hope it does not hit you too hard. I know about storm damage (Hurricanes) living in Houston. The last hurricane cost me for fencing, roof, soffits, facia, gutters and downspouts, three trees, and water damage in two rooms. Even after insurance I dropped almost $10K.
