Just curious, no offense btw. You're trained in what to break limbs and bones? This is not an epeen thing just because this is the internet is it?

Close quarter combat. Lotar specifically. Krav Maga as well but that's more defensive.

close quarter combat, like grappling/kick boxing or more military style where you literally kill the person?

when people stare me in the eye theres a moment where the life is leaning on a fence, one side they live, the other they die. and in that moment i choose their fate. chuck norris and myself share this ability.

Didn't go through all of the thread, but where in NJ do you meet these clowns?

I've only met a couple 350 guys and they've all been really chill and have just wanted to talk about cars. Same for the G35/7 guys. They've all been really nice.

Nismo

Original Post: I also always wave to or say hello to other Z owners, and I have had great positive responses from them... until yesterday.

I wave as well, only to ask the question "Why won't NISMO owners wave?"

What exactly defines a "NISMO" owner?

TongMan 07-16-2010 10:40 AM

I have never met any other 370z drivers on the street since I got my Z...we are rare.

CBRich 07-16-2010 10:40 AM

Someone with a Nismo?

Sorry for confusion. NISMO owner would be a driver of a Nissan 370 Z NISMO.
The driver is the presumed owner, although I have no proof other than that.

It has only happened three out of three times. Unlike the rudeness* of Volvo or Prius drivers, which is borne out thousands of times.

*not pulling over, pulling out in front, etc.

Don't get used to that. I once felt the same way. Rare still... I see more and more.

nuTinmuch 07-16-2010 12:48 PM

read back in the thread a bit to see what was goin' on...

I've lived in NJ all of my life and I have never seen a "guido" at all. Literally never. My advice for all of you is to move down to South Jersey and enjoy the better part of your state. :p

edit: seriously. 350/300/260/G's all wave at me and I wave back. Hell, cars that are just well known tuner cars wave. Maybe the community is just friendlier down here. Even the really young high school kids with those cars just want to chill and talk gears. :v

If only everyone was like this. Unfortunately your either a gearhead or a statushead (douche). There's not much inbetween.

On a side note, I wave at pretty much most other Z owners too except the 300z. That car is so frickin alien to the Z family it's almost ridiculous. Not only that but it's such a rarity to see a really clean, tastefully modded one (even in stock form). Every one of those things I see is a bondo-laden rolling disiaster or some form of donk hooptie.
