Default My impromptu 370Z dog transport system

Okay, so I had to take my dog to the pet hotel because I'm headed out of town to visit my girlfriend. And I had to take my dog in my Z because my wife is out of town with her Murano (I usually transport the dog in the Murano). I didn't relish the dog scratching up the leather, etc. Plus she would have kept nudging my hand to pet her and that would have made it difficult to shift. So what to do in a pinch?

Check it out. It worked like a charm. Dog in a bucket.

Place recycling bin on front seat:

Insert dog in bucket:

Transport dog in style:

Oh in case anyone is wondering why I have both a girlfriend and a wife, my wife and I are separated and about to divorce.

Hah, i was faced with the very same dilemma over the 4th weekend. I just threw down a towel and called it a day.. My Aussie is 35lbs, and abit to big for the bucket treatment lol.

I must admit though hes looking a bit sad, or embarrassed about the whole bucket thing.

not bad. i would place another beach towel on the front side of the bucket not to scratch the dash.

It didn't contact the dash (hard to see from the pics). But if I had to stop suddenly it probably would have slid forward into the dash, so yeah, that's an area to improve upon.
