speeding, following too close, you might be screwed any way you go. If you get a lwayer better make sure its one that does this all the time and ask him his succes rate in getting things knocked off, otherwise your just putting money in his and the courts pocket.

Besides if I was the girl I would have said "97" is that all you got? None for you tonight.

Lmao, my girl would shi* bricks if I got over 90 haha!! Btw I totally ran a red light last night, cop was right beside me, didn't see him. I told him I was getting to my drunk *** brother to take him home from the bar, he gave me a verbal warning!!

Oh so your cop needs to peep in from the REAR WINDOW of a 370z thats smaller than a hand?

dudafunk 07-09-2010 08:37 AM

golfgirlrobin : In my first post itself, I said I am guilty of speeding and willing to pay the fine. My post was about my rear side window tint ticket - that are legals, on a window that is smaller than your hand.

get a lawyer very experienced in traffic violations. You can win most cases outright, probably 95% of them. My lawyer has won over a dozen cases for me - dismissed, only charges me $250 per ticket.

dudafunk 07-09-2010 10:37 AM

Already did brian. Just gotta wait till he does his thing now.

Sounds like you are a road hazard with a dozen cases to your belt. Just cuz you get them dismissed doesnt mean you should keep trying for more. I could see one or two here and there but a dozen is probably more than I have been stopped in my whole driving career.

Honestly, you should have told the cop to put his badge and gun down; and let's find out who the real man is!!

I know this is NJs law but I thought NY was the same. You can tint any window, to any percentage as long as its not the windshield, or front driver/passenger windows.

Moral of this story....let your friends take care of their mishaps, oh yeah and DON'T speed!

Cuz we all know the real man will kick everyones ***. LOL. That reminds me of Revenge of the nerds" where the jocks think they are the real men and then they find out they later work for the nerds.

There IS a factory tint..but it's hard to see under some lights. If you're in direct sun, and you stand at a slight angle looking at the windows (from the outside)...you'll be able to see circle-type shading. I don't know how else to describe it, but it's there. When I went to talk to my tint lady, she said the lightest tint will be darker becuz of the factory tint ( makes sense becuz my old 350z had the some light factory tint...and it was obvious when I applied actual vinyl tint)
