It might of been 14k for the engine and them to install the engine and everything. The guy that had the car obviousely didnt know a thing about cars or else he would of got it changed sooner. I know some people change every 2k miles... and thats basically just throwing money away in my opinion. I usually change mine every 5k. Longest Ive gone was 6k but kept checking to see if it was or not.
