It does help to read manual!!

Found this out by accident today when i was opening the rear hatch with the
rubber push button i noticed there was a second button to the left of it that opens the gasoline door. salesmen had told me only way to open it was to push on the door it self.I Should know better than listen to a car salesmen.

Anymore interesting quirts you guys have discovered about the car?

What about the battery meter on the screen? I only see it when my phone is connected to the car. It's not the battery life of the phone. I'm not sure what it is. Any ideas?

OK. I'm clueless. How'd you "open" the gas lid with the unlock button? Are you sure the gas door wasn't just close to opening and released when you hit the button?

I'm still looking for the button that will wash the car by itself.

I didnt realize that the actual key slides out of the FOB until reading the manual. You keep the key part and give the FOB to a valet.

If you put the key in the door and hold to lock, it rolls the windows up. If you hold to unlock, it rolls them down.

No i meant beside the rubber release button for the hatch there is a second
release button that also will open the gas cap door.

That's what I'm talking about. There's a round (may 3/8") button that unlocks the doors. What did you do to get the gas cap popped?

(question from a man who used to have a remote-controlled ceiling fan) :hello:

Hold the "down" button on your fob and the windows roll down.

OPENING THE FUEL-FILLER DOOR
To open the fuel-filler door, unlock the fuel-filler
door by using one of the following operations,
then push the left side of the door.
. Push the door handle request switch with
the Intelligent Key carried with you.
. Push the UNLOCK button on the Intelligent
Key.
. Insert the mechanical key into the door lock
cylinder and turn it to the rear of the vehicle.

Small round button above the rear license plate is to lock unlock your car. I use it all the time. It's very convenient if you're going to the trunk first and then inside the car or you're simply getting something out of your trunk. Since this button unlocks the car, your fuel door is unlocked during the process. I don't think it's there for fuel door.

Every time I go to a gas station, I turn the ignition off right away (in NJ here, full service). Or else I get the "why won't this guy open the gas door" look from the attendant.

You're saying to "push the left side of the door."
OP is saying that the button opens the fuel filler door.
Different.

Fuel door locks when the car doors lock. Any procedure that unlocks the doors will unlock the fuel door too.
