Nice pics Dallaz, looks like a great turn out. I actually had a VW dune buggy exactally like the one in the bottom right corner of the first pic. It wasnt nearly as nice though. Wish I still had it now that I have a bit more $$$. I owned it when I was younger. Would have loved to restore it.

Same here but waited until 25k, The mfg recommends a swap at like 35k. Shifts are much smoother with RL.

Looking for a good gear oil to change out the diff. Heard a lot good things about Motul.

Red Line FTW!!!

I washed my Z yesterday and now it's raining :(

Normally after I wash it I let the wheels dry and I leave my cover half on :icon17:

Waizz - that doesn't fly off with the wind? :icon17:

Motored my Z this am and QD'ed afterwards. Was a great am. :p
also fixed 2 switch guts going to my garage/utility room. On the garage side I bought a illuminated switch so that I can tell after I lock the door from the garage side if I turned the light off in the utility room or not. :D. With short memory these days I tend to have to unlock the door to visually check. Now I don't have to.

They came with the bumper, they are Carbon Fiber NISMO Version 2-style.

VW had brought out one of the new bugs to the show, it looks a lot better than the last generation. The last 2 months I've been there Lamborghini of Dallas had brought one of their 2 Reventons to the show.... So sick! That would have been cool to restore the dune buggy

Interesting as Lamborghini of Houston has had an Aventador at our Cars and Coffee the past few months, and someone had a new Volkswagen Scirocco - very sweet car!

We had about 12 Z's, a 1600 Roadster, and a 2000 Roadster in the "Z area" yesterday. Tons of interest in the two Roadsters.

If you have a chance to get out to a local Cars and Coffee, I'd highly recommend it. I just wish Dallas and Houston picked different weekends. I'd love to ride up to Plano and see the cars there.

I don't see a manual release for the trunk, can you confirm that the 370z has one?

We were discussing this yesterday at our meet.

There were more Z's yesterday than I've seen yet at one of our shows here. for some reason not many Z's attend compared to the vette's, mustangs, challengers, camaro's, porsche's, etc, etc. we had at least one 280, I saw 2 300zx's, about 7 350's, and 4 370's, one of which was mine. Then there was the Nismo that rode in with me to the show, then a PW sports with nismo wheels and painted rear valence and headlights, but the 4th guy I met had the Stillen SC kit on a MBlack one with painted headlights. that was pretty sick as we've only got one or 2 other FI Z's in our area that I know of. I think he said around 430whp. The only other I know of is a White sports with Greddy TT's pushing 490whp I believe.

Isn't it behind the passenger seat in a place you would never use it unless your fob was toast? IDK but I'm also curious, do any of Y'alls (Texas accent lol) trunks catch when you press the release once and you have to press it again for it to open. sometimes I will press it and pull up and the hatch goes up about one inch and catches on something so I have to press it a second time, but it doesn't always do it

Do you guys try to park together?

BTW - thank you for posting the pictures. Usually someone from or group posts pictures on the Club's Facebook page a few days after the event. When they come up, I'll post the link.

Here's a link to some pictures from our October car show:
