I washed the Z, (used a clay bar while washing) and applied a High Gloss Sealant Glaze. I am used to simple wash/wax and then polish but I have decided to try a sealant. This is the first time I have used this kind of product and I like the results. The directions say use extremely sparingly only like 1.5 oz for the entire car which makes sense because if you apply heavier you will have your work cut out when buffing it out, it is like 5 times harder to remove than wax. It definitely provides a more glossy look than a wax/polish and is supposed to last much longer than the traditional stuff. If you try it do a small section first to test how you apply it and more importantly when you remove it. It dries it about 15 minutes but it dries clear so unlike wax you really have to look at an angle in the right lighting to see where you missed. Below is a link if interested. I only applied one coat but the directions say more coats you apply the more glossy the result.

Whats up fellas? The northeast snow storm hit us hard here in NJ over the weekend. Had to deal with the aftermath the past couple days. Trees down everywhere. Ive never seen a snow storm do so much damage. We got 12.5 inches of WET snow!! There are still leaves on the trees which is a recipe for disaster. Trees collected too much snow and couldnt handle the weight. Luckily my Z is still in the body shop so it wasnt in my driveway. I should be getting her back in a day or two with a fresh hood, bumper and paint
