Here's the wrinkly new cover. :D. Its a perfect fit, no issue over the Mines spoiler extension, fujimura rear diffuser, or ings front splitter. :p. Plenty of clearance for the craftsquare mirrors too so no issue.

After the test fit it went into the bag with very little effort.

Could I come live in your garage? :yum:

Jeez, you even have the Griot's rolling cart? And I thought I was a Griot's whore!

Great set-up.

the dust cover i bought for the G year ago takes forever to get it back in the bag... (too big and clumsy)

yah, it can keep up with most V6's out there with some driving technique. the car is very fun to drive...but the electronics on MINI's in general is wat kinda kills the fun with the warranty crap...and the fit and finish on the exterior panels is like tolerance of 1cm. :rofl2:

Today.... I had to find a way to procrastinate and NOT do my informative speech for class tonight so I decided to try to fix my exhaust leak.

I looked at my car today thinking at least I still her after ending a nearly four year relationship with my girlfriend. It sucks!

christian370z 10-27-2011 11:17 AM

Nice footloose! I need to figure out my exhaust leak too and it sounds like it is coming from the same area your leak was.

SPOHN 10-27-2011 11:21 AM

I think I heard a hiss sound from mine the other day. Probably why it seems louder. But I love that.

Footloose301 10-27-2011 11:27 AM

The hiss when letting off the throttle is normal. Mine you could hear when accelerating and it was so obnoxious during a cold start. I finally moved out of my parents house and got a townhouse with a two car garage last week, and I'm sure my neighbors hated the exhaust leak more than I did. I had to do something about it.

Footloose301 10-27-2011 11:32 AM

Also, last night I noticed that Sutherlin Nissan had a used 40th for sale so I decided to see how dramatic my subtle mods stacked up against one completely stock. It made me appreciate my car and the work I've done.
