I'm with you onz; it's called immediate gratification.

So, I have been so busy I haven't been on or touched a Z since last week but I wanted to stop in a say hello to everyone before I lock myself in a vault for the rest of the day... and found the most profound statement I have read in a while. Nicely played onzedge! :tiphat:

I did get out last night and put about 90 miles on the BMW to clear my head. Probably be working late tonight. :shakes head:

I use the blower mode to dry the car, especially my 3pcs wheels need air to dry. Gets water out of the nooks and side mirrors making the drying process go very quick. :)

Agreed, a blower makes the drying process sooo much more pleasant. There is nothing worse than finding water marks on the paint (or wheels) from driving and having water come out of those cracks and crevices.

yep, water dripping out after im done washing the car is bad news. especially in the winter time when there's lingering salt in the rinse water it leaves behind a nice white line...:ugh2:

I need to get a new shop vac with blower functionality.
I feel like a tool drying my car with my gas-powered leaf blower.
I usually take a quick run up and down the road to spin the water out of the wheels and get the car 80% dry before I hit it with a towel. I also open the hatch first and let all that water run off and drain away before doing anything.

lunaz- yah, driving the car is great but it introduces dust/grit so one would need to use QD then to dry the car. i prefer using just a shopvac in blower mode as it can do doubl duty. :)

Saw a bradywine vert. this am. Anybody here have a brandywine vert in WNY? It looked stock but couldn't tell for sure. Too bad I was driving my Titan. The guy driving must have thought I was a terrible driver cause I moved into the slow lane and slowed down hoping he would pass me. He just moved up behind me and I moved into the fast lane and slowed down some more. He turned just as I was alongside of him.:ugh2:

And I respectfully once more request further information about said shop vac, my good sir! :icon17:

Wow, this thread has been a little slow lately. I'm used to catching up to four ppgs worth of posts!

Wash and QD today to rid myself of those stupid love bugs.

I have decided that I would pay an entrance fee to view Kenchan's 25 minute Z wash, dry and tire dress in real time!
