one of these days im going to put my kid's Recaro booster seat in my Z and take him for a ride. :p

too bad he hasn't been excellent lately. just being a 'good boy' will not win him a ride in the Z. he needs to be excellent for many days.

I have a Reg cab tacoma prerunner and It is perfectly legal in CA to put a child seat in the passenger side. It even has a emblem of a child seat where the hook goes. As long as you disengage the airbag and have the seat properly put in there is no reason why you shouldn't use it for that reason. Everyone hear saying not to evidently does not realize those child seats are actually safer than our seats. Unless of course you have a 5 point harness. I plan on using my Z in this manner if it gives you piece of mind. Hell my son would kick my a$$ if he didnt get to ride in the car.

Man this pic pisses me off so bad that I would decapitate this a%%hole with one punch to his neck. Then id shove my entire left leg up his wifes a$$ for being a co-moron.

That looks like a doll to me... not a real baby.

its gotta be less, not sure what but not 100lbs. I had my army kit bag and frag vest and the sensor was active.

ordered up another recaro vivo for the kid. it's going to be used in my G, but i can use it in my Z just in case he's SUPER good...

I believe in the manual it talks about the placement of a child seat. The passenger seat airbag is on a sensor. There is an anchor point in the back. I really fail to see what the issue is here. You really think in the event of a crash, your child is any safer in a back seat?

I've taken my son plenty in his booster in my Z.

When my wife rides in the car, sometimes the Airbag shuts off.. haha!

In Kentucky, if your only car is a truck, then it's legal to put your kids back there. (not infants in car seats though)... Kentucky :icon14:

Maybe that's why most of those kids are missing teeth. :rofl2:
