i got hit-HELP!!

Please explain this to me. You can obviously see her passenger side mirror was knocked backwards which takes a decent amount of force and would make a pretty loud noise.

She didnt know something was wrong at that point and she still continued forward? What the hell is going on? That is way worst then most drunk drivers IMHO. She shouldnt be allowed to drive anymore.
