I have made an album for you with the kit and its parts. I was going to keep it all tucked away and sealed, but thought it better to try to help you out. Here is the link: Front License Plate Holder Factory Kit

The part number on the back of the holder should read: Nissan >PP+EPM-T15< 96212 1EA0A

Thanks SoCal, what I wanted to see was how it it mounted on to the front of the car. Like I said no matter how I line it up with the existing holes it doesn't sit flush. So I'd like to see some of the brackets actually attached to the vehicle.

Did you drill at the two factory dimples? When I hold up the holder to the front bumper it is flush.
