I am more concerned about him shying away from our beloved site 'if' we started flaming him similar to the kid who 'politely' asked if he could transport 4 people

This is interesting, in for results!

Anyway, yeah dude give us a little more info of what you've done to the car. But yes, you can always go to the dealer, unless you're afraid there is something on the car that could void your warranty. And in that case, you should prolly get some advice on this forum beforehand.
