Help! Is the Sync rev match really that important?

Can you please give me more detail on this.... of course i will test drive it, but i just want second opinions from other people..

When I was getting ready to buy my Z, I thought to myself that I would never use the SyncroRev feature. I figured it was a nice gimmick...but I could blip my own throttle when downshifting, thank you very much.

After using it, I'm spoiled. It's so good that I don't see why I would ever turn it off. Get the sport package...you won't regret it.
