Where Have All the 370Z's Gone and Where Will All the 370Z's Go?
Still finding it odd that so many of these exist in Florida and appear to be selling yet I see none of them on the road. I saw a basic black coupe about 6 months ago for a bit and recently seen a Dark Cherry convertible a few times.
But, more importantly, it's now March and the 2010's have been out since Oct (right?). I'm hearing that Nissan is holding back the 2010 coupes for the summer for most regions of the country. What happens when these hit and then come October the 2011's arrive? If a dealer still has a 2009 then what in the world do they do? I don't buy cars oftern but I've never seen 3 "new" model years sitting on the lot at the same time. I look at the dealer here in Sarasota and I see 1 base 6MT (black) and 2 touring 7AT (red and silver) all without sports package that have been there for quite some time and just wonder how the dealer plans to move those. |
Most od the th 09 leftover are the base or touring without Sport Package. I don't think a dealer will keep an 09 when the 11 come out. They will sell it to other dealers just to rotate them and be able to sell those old (09) models.

same here in california. i go out a lot and i still havent seen any 370 beside mine and the ones at the dealership.
|
"09 370z and 10 370z is the same" tat is wat the dealer will say. and then they will tell you there is 3mth wait if you want 2010 models.

FYI! The 2009 models will sit on their lot till someone purchase it. The only way to get rid of the older models is to discount them BIG TIME!!!! |

Don't feel bad. In one year, I have seen 2 Z's.
|
I have only seen ONE 370 and two 350(one was at dealership)
in my entire life |
I know there are some in Phx.. but I have only seen.... let's see.... only four. and they have been in different parts of the valley...
|
I drive mine around the Tampabay area and rarely see one on the road.
I love it. |
I've only seen about 4 370z in toronto in the last year or so. During the same period I must have seen at least 6 or 7 GT-R and also dozens upon dozens of g37
|
This is a good thing you know. Look at the new camaro for instance, I see more of them than new mustangs where I live. We dont want that happening with the z. the fact that other sports cars are out now will keep from happening what happened with the 350z, which EVERYONE bought because there werent any other options.
|
Mine got the weekly wash yesterday and later on is getting a wax job, hopefully.
|
yea i rarely see a 370z around where i live. I used to see tons and tons of 350s a few years back but its really gone down alot. i see more g37's than 350s and 370s

As weird as it may sound, I've been seeing more 2009/2010 370s than 350s of any year, lately, down here! 370s are hot and selling like mad!
|
no lie.. ive seen more porsches, nsx's and a maybach here in orange county to LA, not 1 370z since i been here end of january.... ive heard theres a pg 370z around here but nothing!!! holla back ^^
|
Besides mine I see them here and there here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, lots of them on dealers lots in this area as well.
|
I saw two in one day for the first time ever the other day. In all, I think I've seen 6 or 7 in Los Angeles since I bought mine in January.
Cool by me, because I love having a car that is rare on the road. |

|
I've yet to see ONE other 370Z on the road here where i live. Kinda nice because when i do take my car out i can see the heads turning - probably because most of them have yet to see a new Z.

I thought I was in bizarro world a few days ago, I saw a red 370z and a silver 370z with some nice wheels IN THE SAME DAY! This was around the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
|
My wife was trying to talk me into a Camaro instead - we saw 4 of them on the road as well as 2 Challengers tonight - she changed her mind and said stick with the Z until we came up on a white Porsche Panamera. :icon17:

I've seen a couple around here in Naples. I actually met NewYorkJon34 on this forum. He is the only other Z I see on a regular basis. I get stares all the time and people always tell me to roll down window.

There are four 370's at CFB Edmonton alone! At least 12 in the city I know of..... I guess Canadians drive their cars more often in weather others wouldn't....

But would you drive it through all the road salt and etc. regardless of whether or not you had the sport package? |
In so cal well in my area, im like the only z around. which i like lol
|
There are two other 370z's in my garage, aside from mine. At least they are different colors, though! Black and Platinum Graphite.
|
They should be coming out of hibernation as we speak!
