i'm pretty sure having vdc off would save you there, yeah

LOL...Yeah, one guy killed and at least a dozen cars seriously damaged (and that's just the guys stoopid enough to tell us) with VDC off.... Tells ya something, doesn't it??....:ugh2:

this is probably why car manufacturers are making most sports cars AWD now!

Porsche has 2 AWD models in the 911 range, out of 7, lambos are all AWD now because audi bought them, and there isn't a single AWD ferrari, ever. True drivers cars will always be RWD.

when i took delivery of my car, the salesman told me to never turn vdc off ???

I believe the 408 was a concept that never came out in the 80s...

That's a bit rich IMO. Spend some time at car control clinics, and you'll find the Z is actually a pussy cat with VDC off. It's a handful until you take time to master (or at least get proficient with )RWD dynamics, but after that, it's a ton of fun. :driving::rock:

Lol you put my creation in your ava :icon18:

im gonna wait untill its warmer untill I do a VDC off launch.

I mean most of the time the end breaks loose quite hard even with it on

6spd 03-04-2010 03:01 PM

I am very eager to take some HPDE classes. They are quite expensive though, but worth it over the long haul.

yeah i found this whole "friend turned it off" excuse absolutely hilarious, esp since the vdc always defaults back on whenever the engine is restarted. got caught with their pants down :bowrofl:
