I'm not a huge fan of the 370z vert, but that one does look nice.

I'd much rather have a hard top any day though.

wonder why they always show them with the top down? hmmmmmmmmm.

First Oil Change & 370Z Roadster Envy

What wheels/rims are you talking about? The stock 18" or the stock sport 19" ?

im the minority i guess, i really do like those wheels on the vert...i wouldn't like them on the coupe..but i like them on the verts.

I didn't pay enough attention..are they considered stock or did they put on special ones (the one in the picture?) I just assumed the ones they'd have on the roadsters with the sport package would have been like the ones they put on our coupes with the sport package. I'll have to see what they have on the other convertibles in there when I'm in next.

and I agree..they look best with the TOP DOWN...and since I would rarely have it down...it would never look as good as my coupe :)

The 370z Convertible is awesome!
I want to go for a test drive in that one day.
Top down is the sh*tttt!

Those are aftermarket Nissan wheels, the vert has a sport package option which gets the same wheels as the coupe. If you get the non-sport package you get 18" wheels but they are different then the coupe 18" wheels. I cannot find pictures the vert 18" wheels currently.

I just saw the shiny red and even though my days of driving around in red convertibles are over..(sadly..lol) it sure did stand out under all the lights.

I think wheels/rims aren't as important to me, as say, you guys,or my husband. I truly like my stock sport package wheels just the way they are! He's always doing something to my vehicles and I keep begging him to just let me leave this one just like it is for a change!! (He's always lowering something, lifting something, yadda yadda yadda..) Sheesh.

Now why would those days be "over"? You'll never be too old for that!

Hahahah! He just loves you (and your car, too!)

If I could do track days with the roadster, I'd be finding a way to swap. However, most events require a full roll-cage in convertibles rather than just the popup bars. So, windows down is the best I'll get to experience.

Would I be correct in assuming the $90 for an oil change included the ester oil?

Yes...that was everything, including the ester oil. They fixed my door too but I am sure there was no charge for that.

Red370 02-22-2010 10:35 AM

$90? jesus, would be easier and cheaper to buy a 5qt jug of RP for $40 and change it yourself!
