Like someone else said, when you've got the only one in the city, the plate doesn't really make much difference.

I was gonna do something funny, but decided to keep it simple so people at work don't think I'm an a$s.

I just don't see the point in paying for a custom plate that says what your emblems already say.

It's like saying, what's the point of having emblems, you know what car you have.

I agree with Jesse. People know what car you got, get a plate that is unique to your personality.

If you already got your plate, post a picture of it in this thread:

Post pics of your custom license plates

I know what you mean. I once saw a guy in north Jersey driving a new Range Rover with the plate "RNG RVR". I couldn't believe it! It had a Range Rover badge from the factory, less than a foot away from the license plate! Incredibly, when I one day did a search on "RNG RVR" on Yahoo!, I got a hit from a guy in some other New England state, who was all aglow about the vanity plate he had decided on for his Range Rover, you guessed it, "RNG RVR". He was actually POSTING THIS STUFF ON LINE!

Here it is, see for yourself. Keep in mind that the original topic is for a boat, so you have to scroll down a bit to find the one abouit RNG RVR, by EJBASILE.
