DMV will probably reject it.

They do not allow "WTF" so "STFU" would probably get denied.

zsport1 03-27-2009 02:56 PM

Not sure about other states but in Texas you can only have up to 6 letters/numbers.

NY allows up to 7, and I plan on taking full advantage of that.

LOL yet I saw a truck with DEEZ NTZ yesterday on the way home.

Wonder if they would allow GTFOTW?

Mental Block 03-28-2009 11:48 AM

A bit anti-social but funny, I saw a pic of one on a Celica the other day that said "ICU2PIG"

Bimmer07 03-31-2009 02:44 PM

I plan on buying a 2010 370Z next Spring.

Here in WV you can have up to 8 letters.

I plan on getting "PNTEZPLS"

Which is Panties Please!

And I used the "Z"

ROFL, I miss the days you could pick on police without being anti american.

KillerBee370 03-31-2009 03:17 PM

I believe in California "SPDNV4U" is available. I was thinking about that one but thought it would be more fitting on a Lambo or something.

"Speed Envy 4 You"

rok 03-31-2009 03:52 PM

I use to have ROOR before I moved to Maryland. But here they force you to use zero instead of a O. R00R just doesn't look as good.

I doubt I will get anything.

I wonder if they will let me get THX DRO. I get pulled over all the time already its not like it will matter.

frost 03-31-2009 03:55 PM

I saw "IM22350" and thought that was pretty creative 22350 = police code for speeding

Reno Z 03-31-2009 06:28 PM

I had "TRACTOY" on my Lotus but had to turn in the plate. Hoprfully it will still be available when my Z arrives in 8 weeks.

msl82 04-13-2009 09:35 PM

I have been thinking about customized plates, and I have two in mind, tell me what do you guys think,

1) KING370

2) NID4SPD

frost 04-13-2009 09:40 PM

^ You will catch a lot of shiz for having nid4spd, but if you dig it, who cares.

m4a1mustang 04-13-2009 09:52 PM

I have an unpopular plate on the way but as long as people aren't idiots (not counting on it) I shouldn't have any trouble.

"INVZTR"

I'm a trader. :D

can you elaborate on that I will catch a lot of shiz. You mean from police will give me shitz or people keying my car...lol

I was also thinking about

NID2SPD

LOL

frost 04-13-2009 10:27 PM

Naw, it's just that a lot of car enthusiast would poke fun and nid4spd as "ricey" or "fanboi" because of the video game. Not me per se, just sayin.
Nid2spd would good.

Oh, i see what you saying. Thanks for letting me know.

I think Nid2spd is kinda ricey too then...LOL

I don't want people to make fun of me, I want to pick something clever and cool.

How about

SayWhen

frost 04-13-2009 10:47 PM

I like it. Use to work with a guy who had a blown camaro, plate "raceme"

Darkaeon 04-13-2009 10:48 PM

I'm going with "Eliza" on my Z car! +2 style points to the first person that cna figure out where I came up with that name! When you figure it out, it's actually really creative!

KillerBee370 04-14-2009 12:56 AM

Switched up my plate to KLRB370 :)

when i first saw that plate, i wanted to put " yeswecan" or "yeszcan"
im more on tha "yeszcan" i thought it was clever :ughdance:

P.S. dont jock my plate if u live in Georgia. im getting my z by tha end of this month if i can get a deal

I am certain the "ih8bama" is a college football reference, especially with you in georgia. thats a great plate, I wouldn't mind having it myself except I won't put anything with "bama" in it on my car. :p

marcussoori 04-14-2009 10:24 AM

Donut4u

KillerBee370 04-14-2009 05:42 PM

SUKITEZ - Suck it easy
CYAPOKE - See ya pokey
FASTRNU - Faster than you
UPAD2MC - You paid too much
SPDNV4U - Speed envy for you
ALOTAHP - A lotta horsepower

rok 04-14-2009 06:10 PM

I just tried ordering

relntls = Relentless

already taken :(

puckman77 04-14-2009 09:07 PM

I personally go with a plate that is not connected to a specific car. As a 22 year Navy nuclear submarine veteran on 688 los Angeles Class boats, and living in CT where the normal plates are 3 numbers, blank space, then 3 letters, I essentially got a free vanity plate by requesting a specific number: 688 TUF! Navy vets will understand.

msl82 04-14-2009 09:10 PM

Hey, guys, what do you think about

KING370

i wanted to use king with my 350, but i would take out the 370, "King___"

dont want to have 370 or Z on the license plate, IMP.

m4a1mustang 04-14-2009 09:39 PM

My old Mustang had the plates "SLOW GT." People used to ask, "Is it really slow?" :D

"SLOW 370" "SLOW Z"

Thought about those but decided on incorporating my job in with the car... so INVZTR it is.

I wanted "Z U L8R", but they won't let your plate start with the letter Z in Texas. I got "1 QUIK Z" instead.
