It was called as a performance GT wing can produce a lot down force and it do got a lot down force. But I think it should do a test and give a speedlimit for it. If I know it will break in 150, then I would go find some wing else. |

If we tried to make the point simple: do you know exactly why you want a wing? if you need a wing?
For more downforce, at 155mph (if drag permitting), for street racing to the point you're wearing tires to no pattern? You really need to think about reality. |

To the OP in an attempt to save your own life and the others around you, please take the following advice seriously:
- You are not ready for a car with added downforce if you do not understand how aero works. I highly suggest removing the wing and learning to drive the car by taking performance driving classes. - There are more handling performance gains to be had from suspension upgrades and setup before you even get to aero. Do some research on that when you have learned to control the car in a more basic form - upgrade your safety gear. I have personally backed out of doing any serious track days until I get a half cage installed in my car just because I've seen enough horrific accidents on the track in person and on TV. If you lose downforce in a high speed corner, it's game over. And finally, It is an idiotic move to post publicly about any exploits happening on the streets. To be very frank, you are disrespecting the people who were in the Mid Night club in Japan as they followed a strict code of ethics for behavior on the streets. I tell you this to help you out, but it's up to you on what you decide to do. Some people here are willing to help if you are willing to listen. Feel free to check out some videos below. The guys at Donut are good at explaining the basics for different car concepts. It should help you get started. If you want to go for style, that's one thing, but you cannot and should not drive fast with added aero until you understand what happens. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXjiThF1LXU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Woq-nl9QyfQ Edit: I almost forgot, how did I know when i was ready for a wing? When one of my instructors started trolling me on the track because i didn't have one. |
