Holy crap those are sick numbers.
Jeez, this car is going to be smoking a lot of cars in the fast lane:driving: |

People don't like Dynapack because the number reads quite high, not to mention that it's a pain to do. You gotta take off the wheels and if you have an AWD car, you gotta do all 4 of them. I don't think any particular dyno is better than the other, as long as it's SAE corrected so you have a realistic reading. Dyno just gives you the stats for your car, pretty popular for hobbyists as they like to know what this part and that part add in term of power. But if you want to do dyno tuning, I'd go with a load barring dyno to simulate the conditions of the roads. 290 RWHP is quite impressive, especially in this strange heat wave we've been having in SoCal the past week. |
Great power and powerband. About the same as the G37 as we should have expected.

Very impressive.

^^ Now THAT is sexy.

Wow, that really puts things in perspective when comparing it to my '03. Estimating 16% drivetrain-loss, the numbers look pretty close. That wouldn't be such a bad step up after all! Thanks very much George!

I see 500whp 370z's in the near future!!
|
Great info on the dyno sheets. Especially if they were all done on the same dyno. Puts everything into prespective.

Great post! Nice in your face comparison to past 350z models for those 370z haters on the "other" forum.

I know the shop near my father's shop does it for 500 but he hooked me up when I took my dad's car for 350. It ranges from like 350-600 I believe, I can be wrong. |

Typically for a 2wd car with 3 runs and A/F reading, it's usually about ~$100 and ~$200 for AWD car. This is from my observations of the shops I've seen in my years on the different car forums out there and the shops I've visited/hang out at in real life. |
I thought these cars were only getting 277rwhp damn 286 is very very imperssive. No wonder the thing is soo damn fast from the factory. Somebody that knows how to drive really well should take it to the track and get some numbers.:postwhore:
