Not worried, I remove spares from some of my cars and include a can of fix-a-flat. Some of the cars come without a spare and they run on regular, non-runflat tires.

I roll with a spare, tire repair kit, air compressor & electric impact gun
I even take a full size spare if going on road trip  |

Any Market For this Stuff (Styro Spacer, Compressor, Repair Stuff) - |
If you're looking to give it away, I'm sure you can find someone that wants/needs it. How long it takes you to sell it may depend on your price and the various marketplaces you advertise it.
