Warrenty issues with aftermarket intake

a question to all, IF you do aftermarket mods such as intake, can't you just take them off and put back the stock before you do any warranty claims? I

I mean are there any halogram stickers to proved that you VOIDED the warranty? (besides the opening of those airholes for the Stillen G3 and the replacement of the washer tank for the Injen.
