Anyone got suggestions for where to buy cheep-ish 2 piece rims?

2008 was the last year of the hardtop 350Z. The vert 350Z was made in 2009, alongside the 370Z.

Welcome aboard from the Niagara Region of Ontario. FWIW, the data plate on the left hand door jamb on my car shows the date of manufacture as 03/17. I bought it as a 2018 model in early June 2017.
Enjoy the ride.

Congratulations beautiful Z you have there! Do you have any plans on installing different wheels? Those wheels look too plain I agree you should consider some different wheels it will set off your Z’s look very nicely!

I agree with you on those wheels. They do not do it for me either but the rest of the car is as sexy as Shakira's hips.

2020 Z eh? Enjoy that beast! Looks good (except for the Toyota Camry/Honda Civic wheels). What were they thinking or snorting when they approved these wheels for the Z?

Shi****t I agree, those rims are just well ummm baaaad! I would try to find someone with the original 09-12 Sport rims (in great shape) or 13 to 17 Sport rims (again in great shape) that wants the "new" factory rims and negotiate some kind of trade:tup::driving:

I agree about the running part but please try to exercise patience and break it in according to manufacturer recommendations that you'll find in the owner's manual. You should change the oil and filter after that. Doing this will properly set the piston rings and other parts ensuring low or zero oil consumption after breakin and full horse power. Mine used 2.5 litre of oil during break in and has never used a drop after that. A good synthetic is worth the price. Congrats and enjoy your beautiful new car.

:iagree:
The base model rims look better! I prefer the all black look. I think it looks particularly good on a white car.

I have only been able to put about 10 km on it so far!!
The first day I picked it up I was feeling super crappy from a cold I am getting over. Yesterday it started to rain just when I was about to take my neighbor out for a spin!
I plan to resist the urge to open her up until she is broken in.:ugh2:

Save your money up, and get a good set of rims. Something like Forgeline's.

GAH!!! I just looked up Nissan's recommendation for breaking in the engine.
They want me to keep it under 4000 RPM for the next 2000KM (1,200 miles)!!!
