Sadly, I think all cars should come with those. When the other driver started to pull out, I thought they were going to take off - lol.
Same when the car that was sideways, they started rolling and I thought the same thing - they're going to leave the scene. If anything the car that's sitting sideways should be liable for both vehicles, I'd guess... |
