Saw one yesterday. PG with sports. We were crossing each other about 40 MPH. I flashed my headlights. That caught him/her totally off guard. He/she hit the turn signal first

Saw one yesterday. PG with sports. We were crossing each other about 40 MPH. I flashed my headlights. That caught him/her totally off guard. He/she hit the turn signal first by accident and as he/she was passing me flashed the headlights. Couldn't see the driver due to tint. At least I got a flash back this time. Usually I get nothing when I wave/flash headlights
