Yeah, 350s are incredibly popular around here, partly because they are so cheap used.

On Christmas Eve my girlfriend and I were driving to my parents house and saw three 350s in the same group of maybe 15 cars headed the opposite direction. Then a couple minutes later we saw a blue 370 with what appeared to be black wheels (thinking it may have been 2theexteme).

They really are a dime a dozen. We have a bunch of modded ones around here too.

Same here. I was at Fox and the Hound the other week, and saw at least 3 or 4 350's in the same parking lot. At least one of them was visibly modded out. They're just on the market and easy to come by right now.

MightyBobo 01-02-2010 09:31 AM

350's are everywhere.

Ive only seen maybe 5 or 6 370's in this area, though. 3 of them work in my area.

I drove to the Starbucks less than 2 miles from my house this morning. Spotted the yellow Z in my complex and a silver Nismo parked at the Silver Diner. Both 370s.

Did not count the 350s, but there were surely more than 5.

I don't know about the rest of the country but Nissan hasn't advertised the car at all where I'm at, even local dealers haven't advertised the car much at all. I haven't seen a commercial from nissan since the car was released.

Nissan has been hyping their other cars...the ones that are slightly more fuel efficient than this one. Too much competition in the family sedan and entry level sedan and car markets; they almost have to heavily promote them.

Let's face it...if your in the market for a Z, chances are you know what you want, less a test drive or two anyway. The Z, and cars of its ilk, sell themselves, for the most part. You already know its out there.

StLRedrider 01-02-2010 11:46 AM

#3 z i spotted was a white sport baze, pulled through my parking lot at work. that white looks so freakin good!!!!!!i wanted to stop them and say hey, but didn't want to look like an idiot.lol

CrownR426 01-02-2010 09:06 PM

Been seeing a silver nismo a lot lately so that could be another.

I also see a white, pg, and silver one very often near my office.

that would be me in the silver nismo :happydance:

edit: i hardly see any 370'z tho in my area...

DJ_TJ 01-02-2010 10:19 PM

just me and a red nismo, which i haven't seen in over a month now, in my area. when i got mine they said everyone wants them but no one can seem to get approved for a loan.

There seem to be more Z's in your area and Southern Florida than most. It seems that even the dealers get more Z inventory. I traveled to the DC/MD/VA market to buy my Z----their inventories were far larger than those in Western PA and their offers incredibly more competitive---not even close. I think the area is more economically upscale.

Where are you in VA? I always see the a dirty black Nismo and a reg. white one in Newport News.

TARDCORE 01-03-2010 12:49 AM

I have only seen 2 Z's in San Diego, all of San Diego. One of them was doing well over 100 down the 805 at about 12am and cut off like 5 people in the process. I think it was black. I saw a white or silver Z pulling into the Federal Credit Union parking lot on Telegraph and crest dr in east lake like 3 weeks ago. Other than that, I have yet to see any others. Even in thousand oaks LA I see kids in high school driving more porche 911 turbos and pt cruiser srt4's than I do even 350z's. I guess kids now days just have no taste :happydance:

ahh, an 800+ credit score gets you 3% financing :)

Snakes709 01-03-2010 12:15 PM

I've only seen 2 or 3 370z since i got mine. I noticed a hell of alot more 350z tho

Pheonix 01-03-2010 12:20 PM

To the people who keep mentioning M3s...do you notice that they seem to have "car envy" whenever you pass by? I've noticed the drivers can't take their eyes off me.

NewlyIMPORTed 01-03-2010 03:55 PM

i drove from atlanta to destin and i saw one z my entire drive down and back and the whole week i was there. and the z was near where i live in atlanta

FastJew 01-03-2010 06:06 PM

I am in the northern DFW area and when I purchased my blue sport in October the dealership still had the exact same 6 cars they had last spring. This explains the fact I have only seen one white touring in my area.

I love being the only sport in town!!:hello:

You must be the silver one I see around every now and then. I saw one at the Silver Diner (monument & fair lakes) on Saturday morning... was that you?
