Update!
 

After requesting to be removed as a sponsor I wanted to let everybody know we are ending our sponsorship with this website. We will continue to make 370z parts and thank you to all our supporting customers. I will be messaging over tonight and tomorrow all our customers with pending orders to give alternate contact information so that way nobody feels like they are left in the dust. I look forward to hear from many of you who we have been keeping close terms with and wish everybody the best with their cars! We are not closing our business we are just leaving the forums to obvious reasons. I know many of you will be seeing us around and staying in terms and I am happy with that :)

We called to cancel our sponsorship with g37 a week ago. Its best for everybody and we'll move on with local work for the time being :)

Thanks. I just made this thread to inform everybody of what is going on and that nobody will be left in the dirt. We will pay back those few we owe money and we will send products to everybody who wants.

Like I said those saying were scammers is rediculous. Taking our mistakes and making them worse then they are. I got an email saying that oen fo the members will be reporting us which were ok with. Once we get contacted we have enough information to prove that we do ship our orders, we have paid back those who have wanted their money back, and we are in teh works of paying back those who we cant pay back everything at once. And like I've said before. I admit we did everything wrong here and I should have had money in the bank to back us up just in case of situations like these. But I didnt think we would mess up and we did so now this is our punishment. And those who are saying other things... If you PM AK he'll tell you that I came to him saying it might be best for us to end our sponsorship but I wanted to make sure he thought the same. He agreed and that was it. We're not ditching anybody, and we are not just going to fly away. Like otehrs have said. If we were scammers. We would have been removed months ago. We wouldnt have been here for 7 or 8 months.

FWIW, I don't believe you're a scammer. It's crazy to think that. Obviously this wasn't the right time for business to of ramped up for you as it did. Hopefully things work out better during your gradual local build up.

Thanks! I really do appreciate that. Like I said its obvious were not scamming and I'm glad you agree. We're just bad with money and were bad with organization. The main reason I wanted to leave the forums is to take a few steps back and basically start over. Finish these jobs, take a breather, then start again with the help of local businesses that want work done here. Then from there slowly build up. We will still be taking online orders for interior wraps but as far as products goes were taking a brake from new products. Like I said we will still have Nissan products available and we'll just be posting that on our new site. We expect an order every now and then and build up popularity like that. Taking a few orders / jobs at a time. If we are busy letting the customer know how long he should expect to wait, and just take baby steps.

This is the final stage of this whole thing.

He should be providing contact into to his ALL current customers (whether they are waiting for product or refund). Once 7 days passes, there should not be ANY communication via our forum. Use his contact info to contact him.

I DO want to make this statement that Once a vendor leaves our forum, there NO way he or she will EVER come back. Last 2 vendors that gone from our forum are currently banned.

you need to stop talking and start PM'ing info to your past and previous customers!

Be it known that we as a community will be on you like a cheap suit until each and every last member here has received their order or their refund.

As soon as we can. I am hoping with in the next week all his money is refunded. We still plan to ship him several sets of B pillars since he owns a dealership he can sell them himself, give them away with purchases of 370zs or what ever he'd like with them. Then we plan to send him a front valence if not more just for the anger and high blood pressure we have caused him.

Hope you learn from your mistakes. Props for keeping your calm throughout though ;)

Did he order those B-pillars? If not, why don't you use those to fill outstanding orders?

Like I said by tomorrow night all customers will be informed. I have my co worker shipping stuff right now and I am in the process of pming people slowly right now. I cant just PM everybody quick like that I have to organize things and set ship dates and such on a calendar so we don’t make things worse

Agreed. I actually wish him well. I want to see a small business succeed. It's not easy. But as someone else said, making the parts first and then selling them is a much better business model. And lying, well, let's just say it dsoesn't help teh cause. Between carbon monoxide poisoning, freezing working conditions, I dunno. :shakes head:

i dont think it would have changed much but it would have helped anyone else who was currently in the limbo doing business with him. sort of a reassurance but ya

i did recieve my pillars, im happy with my experience, a delay but it worked out.

I have been away and never got my b-pillars from the group buy or a message to update the status. Any way I can contact spawnAero? I didn't get a refund either.

Is there a final number or percentage on how many of these actually got delivered from the confirmed orders?

^^ start a thread and make a list... ppl that ordered should start chiming in and update the list as it goes. I would do it, but i didnt order anything....
