New Year's Wish To Nissan for 2011 Z
 

For 2011, I wish Nissan would:
1) Install an overhead sun glass case like the one in my Altima coupe, and
2) Install kangaroo pouches in the seats like the ones in my Altima coupe (great convenience item, especially where space is limited), and
3) Add a trunk release button to the key fob like the one on my Altima coupe key fob (real convenience) and
4) Relocate and conceal the AUX jack port (like most other car companies) to avoid being so darned obvious and requiring an ipod cable to be so visible and stretched out over the cabin area (my pet peeve since 2008), and
5) Install fog lights in the 2 empty front compartments. They gave fog lights (2 model years after production began) to the 2010 model Altima Coupe. I bet this is on the schedule for the Z in 2011, and
6) Keep making this wonderful, beautiful car for many more years to come.

i here them altimas are flawless

The 350z has the sunglasses compartment, trunk release button on the fob, and pouch behind the seats.

Only thing I want is the trunk release.

No, no, not the altimas. It's a 350Z, I'm pretty sure, just don't exactly remember the model year.

I think a trunk button on the fob would be a nice touch though, but I suppose it's not a huge issue.

ive never given the OPs first five complaints any thoughts what so ever...

Numbers 4&6 are all that I would like. The others would either never be used or very rarely. Then again, even if they changed it for 2011 I wouldn't trade my 09 in so I guess it doesn't really matter:driving:

I wouldn't mind the sunglass holder, actually. I miss the one I had in the 350.

That does seem like something that would be nice, esp for those that are rocking the stock navi. I don't know that the kangaroo pouches would be that big a deal though, at least to me. I've never used them before on any other car soo

If the following came out i'd cry but the following would be good:

1. direct injection
2. put the cup holder on the other side for the RHD cars !!!!!!!
3. sunroof
4. analogue clock not a digital one on the dash
5. sunglass holder
6. auto dimming mirrors

My coupe actually has literally been flawless and an absolute pleasure as a daily driver. Beautiful, affordable car----though no thrill machine like the Z!

Already got an Altima Coupe. Great car that has a few nice features they could put in the 370Z and probably will as the years go by.
