Anyway to get money from your wallet. They will try.

Z is still in storage so I just cooked a steak in my sink and made some beer bread.

Past couple of weeks through Christmas week, I had all her fluids changed out - Coolant, Power Steering, Tranny & Rear Diff (with Redline MT an Gear Oil), replaced the rubber brake hoses with Stainless Steel Braided hoses, replaced Brake fluid with High Temp GTR Brake Fluid and replaced Clutch Fluid. Engine oil was changed about 500 miles ago with Royal Purple 5W30 along with the Oil Filter (Purolator PureOne). But now, with this Anti-Global Warming Cold Weather that we've been having, she's stuck parked in the garage. So please everyone, drive your Carbon Emission cars a lot so it'll warm back up and I can get my Z out of the Garage to enjoy!

This past weekend I installed a Pioneer Double Din Head unit and the Garageline mid and Y pipe combo. Having blue tooth audio again is so nice. I also love the mid pipe and y pipe combo with the AAM short tails. The sound was great already for me with the short tails, and it just got even better in my opinion!

Last weekend... Engine oil and Diff Oil.
Started using the Castro Edge Titanium. Anyone know of any issues with it?

Installed the OEM illuminated kickplates as well as the aluminum touring pedals on my '17 Sport. I'll edit this post with pics later today.

What is the general consensus on the old 2009-2014 Nismo front bumper versus the new 2015+ nismo bumper?

I'm thinking of purchasing the old nismo bumper assuming there won't be any compatibility issues....what do you guys think?

EDIT: Pics now posted, I work on a construction site so pardon the dirty floor mats lol.

There is no general consensus since it is a matter of preference. I like both but went with the more aggressive looking + 15 vs the classic 09 -14 kit. Either way it isn't just about getting a front bumper. It would look complete with the side skirts and rear bumper. Just a thought.

I was thinking only a rear diffuser for the rear (Fujimara) and yes maybe side skirts as well.

Funnily enough I was just browsing your album yesterday haha (car looks sick), the '15+ is definitely more aggressive but I really think your headlights adds more to the mean look than just the bumper.

I added the 09 Nismo and side skirts. Fit up was perfect, simple swap on both items. The nismo underskirt parts can get $$. I bought everything oem from someone used. There are work arounds or you can also get the Z speed undertray. I also shaved the Nissan emblem.

I haven't changed the rear bumper, but added the Fujimara diffuser and a duckbill spoiler.

Comparison shots of sport skirts and Nismo skirts with the Nismo bumper.

I like them both and if you are looking to doing track days or extended canyon runs the 14 and under is the way to go as it provides more air flow. There is a reason you don't see any GT4 Nismos with the 15+ bumper!

Wow, your setup is exactly what I've been trying to picture in my head...carbon fiber rear diffuser, nismo front bumper, duckbill spoiler, blacked out headlights, on a Pearl White Z. Uncanny. This is definitely the way I want to go thank you for the pics. Only problem is I already put a clear bra on my stock front bumper smh.

I was reading old threads, looking into why my brake light on the left of the dash lights up sometimes during vigorous acceleration. The answer seemed to be a shortage of brake fluid. So today I cracked a pint of DOT3 and topped off the brake fluid. (since you have to "use it or lose it" with DOT3 fluid due to its hydroscopic characteristics I used the rest to top off the brake fluid on my pickup as well)

Drove the Z for the first time in over a month

I needed to make sure that she still needs the oil cooler, brake ducts, and hood vents that are sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. The 250F temps shown on the oil temp gauge after a short drive confirmed it :driving:
