In the process of buying my wife slightly used car and she test drove a 2016 M235I this weekend. From the passenger seat I was like this car is pretty damn hot. She like it but want something bigger...her preference is the 435I M Sport. The n55 is not bad either and a few mods and a tune it pretty much in M4 territory!

N55 isn't a bad engine, its not as powerful as the N54 but its a lot more reliable. When they came out with the N55 there was such a fuss about the engine that they made a special BMW 335iS and brought the N54 motor back.

You really cant go wrong either way. Throw a JB4 on it, intercooler, DCI & exhaust system and they thing is ready to eat most cars on the road. Upgrade the turbo's and take down M3's, AMGs, even exotics like Ferrari's. Youtube it, theres so many videos on modded 335i's just eating cars alive.

I had full bolt on mine, minus bigger turbos. I feel like that thing was way faster than my AMG... but that also could just be the turbo feel. Either way its retarded fast.

Yup some say the 335I is the next Supra and you can't beat the price on them!

I want an evolution of the old Nissan inlines. Those were sick as engines. Especially when turbocharged.
