ART pipes, Motordyne Y-pipe, tomei exhaust, Powertrix coilovers, RJM clutch pedal, and Evo-r rear tail light. Debating on getting SPL rear camber arms as well but I think the wallet is empty enough for now..

Too low for daily use and not brittle at all. This thing is a monster of a bumper. This second time, well kinda funny kinda scary.
I went up to GMR on Thanksgiving morning and after a turn there was a piece of someone's bumper lying in the road lock up in my rear passenger wheel well to where my tire was spinning on the inside of the bumper and the bumper was skidding on the ground.
Since I still have my peg leg diff in the pumpkin my Z did nothing but go straight into the side of the mountain at about 30 mph.

honestly looks like the damage from before except more exposed fiberglass and chunks taken out of the bumper. The corner by the headlight is pretty shredded up but that was main point of impact before the rest of my car his the mountain side.

Ill get some pictures up in my build thread here soon once the claim is over.

Man that seriously sucks.

Makes my recent tale of Z vs Deer a footnote at best.

Holy crap!! Debris on the road is the worst thing. And no safety car to help us out.

Reminds me of the time I hit a love seat sitting in the middle of Deerfoot trail (a city highway) at nearly 100 km/h. Swerved to avoid most of it, but just clipped it.

ChopsZ 11-30-2016 02:25 AM

Non-Z related...

Nope no safety car, just me myself and I, no cell reception either so I was thankful I could drive my car out of there with no issues.

Lets just say I was more Thankful on thanksgiving than normal because if the turns were switched I probably would have went straight off the Cliffside and it was probably close to 2500 feet down.

here are a couple pics... BUT THAT MEANS MORE CAR PARTS... JUST WAITING ON INSURANCE MONEY TO HIT MY ACCT haha

cooltoy 11-30-2016 02:21 PM

Some Scratch Doctor will take care of that. Not sure about the brown stain on the seat.

QuZang 11-30-2016 04:20 PM

R40 Neo Chrono lug nuts for my wheels that are coming in a few months

markesc 11-30-2016 04:47 PM

1) Z1 Two Piece Rotors both Front and Rear (sprinkle slotted!)

2) SS Z1 Lines

3) Motul RBF 600 Fluid

4) Ebc Redstuff Pads (had these on several cars, not sure why they don't get more discussion, they just take about 3000 miles to properly break in)

5) Brake Booster hose from Z1

6) 285/255 Pilot Super Sports

Should finally eliminate my annoyance with the stock brakes once and for all!!

7) Chemical Guys Celeste Detlagio Paste Wax

8) Weathertech Floor Mats

9) I spent about 6 hours doing a polish, then more polish (when you think you're done, you're not if you have the proper lighting), then glaze, then wax... looks New, still not a single door dent in three years (I'm strategic about parking/paranoid/will cancel a store run trip if I cannot get the one non door dent parking spot)

Wish list:

1) Door handles painted (2004 trend?)

2) Get rid of this stupid chrome headlight look (should have been a dark silver stock)

3) Headers/Cats/CBE from FI

4) A slightly lighter weight battery without compromising livability

5) Find a shop in Oregon that actually knows what they are doing... (open to suggestions on this one!).
