Well personally, it occurs every several thousand miles for me.

How do you fix the issue? you just clear the code and it goes away for another few thousand miles?

You can try putting in anti foulers in the O2 bung to pull the O2 sensor further away. Try 1 on each cat, if you still get a SES light then try 2 on each cat. It's mostly trial and error I'm just too lazy
