I have a spun stainless knob on my Z and when I have to park in the sun I have a mini Crown Royal bag in the console that works perfectly to keep it from burning my hand like the villain in Raiders of the Lost Ark who grabs the medallion out of the flames in the bar scene and brands his hand.
